CosMoSys AI Services Description:

CosMoSys AI is an advanced marketing CRM system that provides a suite of services designed to assist real estate investors in their business operations. Our system is composed of three main plans: Nebula, Galaxy, and SuperCluster.

1. Nebula Program: Priced at $147/month or $1470/year with its corresponding One-Time Set-Up Fee, Nebula is designed for real estate investors seeking a simple and effective solution to market their prospects and secure deals. It offers features such as deal assist, detailed dashboards, A2P campaign & brand registration, niched workflows, follow up/nurture workflows, CC dispo workflow, agent outreach, KPI pipeline tracking and more.

2. Galaxy Program: Priced at $297/month or $2970/year with its corresponding One-Time Set-Up Fee, Galaxy is designed for more experienced investors who are looking to scale their operations. It includes everything in the Nebula program along with dedicated account management, website creation, lead magnet creation, Lone Wolf Method™ Marketing System, list pulling (Propstream only), blog and more.

3. SuperCluster Program: The SuperCluster Program includes the Galaxy Program and additional features such as contracts, letter of intent, ads management (15% ad spend), social media management and more.

In addition to these plans, we offer two separate products: CosMoBot AI Chat Widget and CosMoBot AI Ads. The CosMoBot AI Chat Widget allows clients to train their own AI widget for customer support, sales or other functions and embed it on their websites or CRM. The CosMoBot AI Ads allows clients to use AI to create ad copy and manage their ads across major platforms.

All our services are designed with the aim of helping our clients save time, reduce overhead costs and increase the efficiency of their business operations. We provide extensive training on how our system works and how the Lone Wolf Method works.

Please note that while we strive to provide a high level of service, the effectiveness of our system depends on various factors including the client's understanding and implementation of our training, the quality of their leads, and their commitment to following up with prospects.

By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up for any of our plans or products.

CONDITIONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

 We offer a conditional money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

1. Timing: Refund requests must be made after 5 days and within 30 days of your initial sign-up. No refunds will be granted after 30 days under any circumstances.

2. Completion of Onboarding: 100% of onboarding must be completed as outlined.

3. Community Participation: You must have joined the Private Facebook Community Group.

4. Support Channel Access: You must have joined the Private Slack Support Channel provided.

5. Phone Number Purchase: A phone number purchase is required.

6. Campaign Launch: You must have launched a Workflow/Campaign (SMS, Email, Cold Call, RVM, etc.).

 

If all conditions are met upon refund request, your refund will be processed, minus a 15% Inconvenience Fee.

CosMoSys AI REI™ offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services. We do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchase.

 

- Within 5 Days: A full refund will be granted for setup fees and applicable monthly subscription fees, minus a 15% inconvenience fee, if requested within 5 days of initial purchase.

 

- No Refunds For: No refunds are provided for products or services beyond the initial 5-day window, setup fees (unless stated otherwise during promotions), or any marketing expenditures, including but not limited to skip traced records, call minutes, emails, SMS, content AI, or phone numbers purchased.

Delivery of Our Services

At CosMoSys AI, our primary goal is to provide you with exceptional service and deliver our products and services promptly and efficiently. Here is an overview of our delivery policy:

Access to Services: Upon successful completion of your purchase and verification of payment, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access your chosen plan or product. This usually occurs within 24 hours of purchase.

Training and Onboarding: Once you have access to your chosen plan or product, we will schedule an onboarding call to guide you through the system and answer any questions you may have. We offer unlimited onboarding calls to ensure you fully understand how to utilize our system.

System Setup: Depending on the plan or product purchased, we may need to perform additional setup services such as website creation, landing page setup, ad management setup, etc. The timeframe for these services will be communicated during the onboarding process.

Ongoing Services: For recurring services such as lead generation, appointment booking, ad management, etc., these will commence as soon as the initial setup is complete. The frequency and delivery of these services will be based on the terms of your chosen plan or product.

Updates and Enhancements: As a part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we regularly update and enhance our system. These updates will be delivered automatically at no extra cost.

Support: Our support team is available to assist you with any issues or questions related to the delivery of our services. Please reach out via email, chat widget support, or through our bi-weekly mastermind calls.

Please note that while we strive to adhere to these delivery timelines, there may be instances where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will communicate any changes in delivery promptly.
