CosMoSys AI is an advanced marketing CRM system that provides a suite of services designed to assist real estate investors in their business operations. Our system is composed of three main plans: Nebula, Galaxy, and SuperCluster.
1. Nebula Program: Priced at $147/month or $1470/year with its corresponding One-Time Set-Up Fee, Nebula is designed for real estate investors seeking a simple and effective solution to market their prospects and secure deals. It offers features such as deal assist, detailed dashboards, A2P campaign & brand registration, niched workflows, follow up/nurture workflows, CC dispo workflow, agent outreach, KPI pipeline tracking and more.
2. Galaxy Program: Priced at $297/month or $2970/year with its corresponding One-Time Set-Up Fee, Galaxy is designed for more experienced investors who are looking to scale their operations. It includes everything in the Nebula program along with dedicated account management, website creation, lead magnet creation, Lone Wolf Method™ Marketing System, list pulling (Propstream only), blog and more.
3. SuperCluster Program: The SuperCluster Program includes the Galaxy Program and additional features such as contracts, letter of intent, ads management (15% ad spend), social media management and more.
In addition to these plans, we offer two separate products: CosMoBot AI Chat Widget and CosMoBot AI Ads. The CosMoBot AI Chat Widget allows clients to train their own AI widget for customer support, sales or other functions and embed it on their websites or CRM. The CosMoBot AI Ads allows clients to use AI to create ad copy and manage their ads across major platforms.
All our services are designed with the aim of helping our clients save time, reduce overhead costs and increase the efficiency of their business operations. We provide extensive training on how our system works and how the Lone Wolf Method works.
Please note that while we strive to provide a high level of service, the effectiveness of our system depends on various factors including the client's understanding and implementation of our training, the quality of their leads, and their commitment to following up with prospects.

Ongoing Services: For recurring services such as lead generation, appointment booking, ad management, etc., these will commence as soon as the initial setup is complete. The frequency and delivery of these services will be based on the terms of your chosen plan or product.
Updates and Enhancements: As a part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we regularly update and enhance our system. These updates will be delivered automatically at no extra cost.
